Special campaign – Bonus for Issued Loan

This promotion is an additional earning opportunity within our existing Member Get Member Program, where customers already receive bonus points for referring new clients. Under this special offer, selected customers who receive our promotional SMS can earn extra bonus points and get cash by taking a new loan for themselves and repaying it on time. All bonus points earned through this promotion are added to and accumulated together with the customer’s existing Member Get Member points.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Definitions
    1. Bonus means an additional amount obtained from Zenka in the amount provided in these regulations, which the customer receives after meeting the conditions described in the regulations;
    2. Customer means a natural person, who has successfully registered with Zenka obtaining a unique code assigned to them and has concluded or intends to conclude a loan agreement with Zenka;
    3. MGM (Referral program) means the Member Get Member program which is aimed at incentivizing the existing customers of Zenka to enroll third parties https://zenka.co.ke/zenka-finance-limited-member-get-member-terms-and-conditions/
    4. Participant means the adult natural person who took part or is planning to take part in MGM;
    5. Privacy policy means the policy of Zenka relating to how it manages its data as made available under the addresses https://zenka.co.ke/zenka-finance-limited-terms-and-conditions/ and https://zenka.co.ke/zenka-finance-limited-privacy-policy/
    6. Profile means individual profile of the Customer created on Zenka App;
    7. Terms means this terms and conditions concerning Bonus for Issued Loan;
    8. Zenka means Zenka Digital Limited with its registered office in Nairobi, Kenya;
    9. Zenka App means Zenka’s mobile application used to apply for a loan offered by Zenka.
  2. Campaign conditions
    1. This promotion is available exclusively to selected inactive Customers who receive our promotional SMS.
    2. The offer serves as a supplement to the existing Member Get Member Program
    3. Customers must apply for a loan within 5 days after receiving the promotional SMS.
    4. The loan must have a minimum term of 5 days to qualify for the promotion.
    5. Once the loan is approved and issued, the Customer will receive 150 Bonus points (corresponds to 150 KES). The Bonus is added to the Client’s account in his profile within 15 days after the loan is issued
    6. After the loan is fully repaid on time, without delays, the Customer will receive an additional 150 Bonus points (corresponds to 150 KES). The Bonus is added to the Client’s account in his profile within 30 days after the loan is repaid.
    7. All bonus points earned under this promotion are combined and accumulated with the points the customer already earns within the Member Get Member Program, including points for referring new clients.

    9. The Customer can utilize the Bonus in the following ways:
      by requesting to pay off his or her current Zenka’s loan outstanding where the Customer has an active loan with a balance above the threshold amount;
      b. by requesting to have his Mpesa account topped up.
    10. The minimal bonus disbursement within the Member Get Member Program is 500 KES (including all Bonuses- for invited customers, for issued loan, for loan paid on time)
    11. The offer is non-transferable
    12. The company reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time.
